How do I check the status of my order?
You will be assisted by a personalized e-mail on the e-mail address filled by you in the purchase form, which will contain all the information regarding your shop cart and status of your order.

At Condor Footwear (India) Limited, we take adequate measures and strive for perfection in executing your order. Our Customer Support team is always available to assist you with your order and guarantee complete satisfaction.

How to shop online?
Online shopping facility offered on shop.inblu.in is valid for customers ordering for footwear from any part of the world.

Searching our catalogue:
You can search for footwear in a specified category (e.g. Men’s Footwear) in Men's or (e.g. Women’s Footwear) in Women's wear. Within a category you may include an additional criteria for footwear within a specified 'price range'.

Search results for the specified criteria are displayed in a new page in the form of thumbnail images. Moving the mouse over the thumbnail image displays the larger image of each product.

The category of the catalogue you are browsing is displayed at the top of the page along with the total number of footwear that matches the specified search parameters. The variety of footwear can be viewed by moving to the next pages by clicking on the page numbers indicated at the bottom of the page.

If you choose to, you can modify your search parameters by moving the mouse over the "MODIFY SEARCH" button. Choose a new Category and Price range and continue the search. All the prices are in INR/USD.

Click on the colour swatches to see the footwear of all colors the footwear is available in.

Please note: Though we have taken utmost care to ensure that actual colors of footwear are close to colors displayed on the website, calibration of the display devices used may sometimes distort colors. We are unable to control such eventualities and offer no guarantee of their accuracy.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The order takes minimum 8 working days for deliveries in India and 15 working days for international deliveries under normal circumstances.

While it is our effort to deliver Condor Footwear (India) Limited collection anywhere in the world, we regret our inability to deliver to destinations which pose shipping restrictions beyond our control.

How will you dispatch my order?
At Condor Footwear (India) Limited, utmost care is taken to ensure that your consignment reaches you on time after it is dispatched by us. All consignments are dispatched through reputed courier services working worldwide.

Special care is taken to ensure that the footwear we deliver is packed well. However we do not have control over the condition of the package at the delivery location, due to reasons such as delivery procedures at customs offices etc.

How much do I have to pay for courier or shipping charges?
For delivery within India, we will not be charging the shipping charges and the same will be on our account.

For dispatches to countries other than India, the courier charges vary from nation to nation and will be accordingly added to your order as per the destination and the weight category of the product ordered by you. If you are satisfied by the shipping charges then you can proceed for the payment of product price and shipping charges and the goods will be dispatched after receiving the order along with the payment.

Footwear used for personal use does not attract custom duties in most countries. However there are some countries which do charge custom duties on footwear. These charges if any are payable by the customer as per regulations in the country where he/she resides.

What if my order is not executed?
In rare chance that the order is not executed, the amount paid by you shall be refunded to your account from which the payment is made within 4 working days.

Is my address and contact detail secured?

We collect personal information like name, age, gender, address, phone numbers and email address of the customer while filling the purchase form. This information enables shop.inblu.in to deliver footwear ordered, to fulfill requests, to contact you in the event of order or delivery difficulties, for verification, to respond to your inquiries and to deliver services and information about our products or web site to you.
