Matter Pending Our Simple, Clear 15-day Return Policy
You may return any items purchased at shop.inblu.in within 15 days of delivery
for a refund, as long as it is accompanied with its original invoice. Please contact
customer support immediately, and we will arrange to pick up the product. We will
process your refund within ten working days, and credit the amount to your credit
card, net-banking account or send you a cheque.
Returning Products
Returning a product to Condor Footwear is simple. Just call us up within 15 days
and we will arrange to pick the product up. Alternately, just drop it off at the
customer service desk of your nearest Big Bazaar and pick up a return receipt.
Damaged in transit
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered
with in any manner. If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our
return policy does not hold.
If you open the packaging and discover that the item was damaged, please contact
us immediately for a return or replacement. Condor Footwear reserves the right to
determine whether the product has been damaged in transit or damaged while being
used.
Please note that shipping charges will also be refunded in case a defective product
was shipped and we are unable to replace the product. We will guide you through
the process or returning the product to us. Please contact customer support for
assistance.
Defective products
If you find that the product you have received is defective and does not meet your
expectations, you return the product to us, along with the original invoice, within
15 days, for a replacement or refund. The product should be unused or have a manufacturing
defect; products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
We will inspect the product once it reaches us, and reserve the right to determine
if the product qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
We will refund the money only the way the payment was made. We regret that we cannot
change the mode of refund.
We will initiate the refund process once we have received the product. We guarantee
that refunds will be processed in less than 20 working days.
