Condor Footwear (India) Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade
dress and other laws. All materials (including, without limitation, all text, photographs,
images, video and audio "Our Materials") on this Web Site are provided
by Condor Footwear (India) Limited as a service to its customers and may be used
for personal informational purposes only. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting
to or from shop.inblu.in any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene,
pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form.
- All prices are in US Dollars or Indian Rupees, payable to Condor Footwear (India)
Limited at par in Surat, India.
- All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization
of any credit card, Condor Footwear (India) Limited is not responsible for all or
part failure of non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.
- Custom duties and other levies in destination country are the responsibility of
the customer. The prices do not include duties for any country.
- Customers must provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders.
- In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, Condor Footwear
(India) Limited will inform the customer at the earliest.
- While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be
minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric
dyes.
- A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as
seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
- All items offered are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order.
- All transactions are subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
- Because most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained.
- Designs and prices are subject to changes without notice.
- Merchandise will be shipped at the shipping address given on online shopping website. Shipping address, if changed, at the payment gateway ie., Paypal or CCAvenue will not be considered.
Jurisdiction
This site is created in India. However, it is maintained and controlled in the United
States. Condor Footwear (India) Limited is a registered trademark under the Indian
Jurisdiction. Condor Footwear (India) Limited makes no representations that the
content in this site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Users
who choose to access shop.inblu.in from any location do so on their own initiative.
If you are visiting shop.inblu.in from a location outside the United States, your
connection will be through and to servers located in the U.S, your orders will be
accepted; however every order will be accepted and processed from India. All information
you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our web server and internal
systems located within the United States.
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to use of or purchase made through
this site shall be resolved under the Surat, Gujarat, India Jurisdiction.
If for any reason this arbitration provision is determined to be inapplicable, invalid,

consent to submit to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India and High Courts located
in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or
relating to any use; including without limitation of any infringing use or misappropriation
of all or any portion of this site or purchase made through this site.
The validity, terms, performance and enforcement of the requirements for use of
our site shall be governed and constructed by these provisions and in accordance
with the laws of Ahmedabad High Court; Gujarat, India; without regard to conflicts
of law principles. These terms, conditions and disclaimers are intended to be severable.
If for any reason these terms, conditions or disclaimers shall be held invalid,
illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remainder of the terms,
conditions and disclaimers shall remain in full force and effect.
